Hey guys I am from California and in my senior year in high school got into SDSU but declined to offer to attend UW. I would like to however transfer back into California and attend SDSU. I am currently a freshman and would apply next year so I would end up going my junior year to SDSU. Does anyone know how difficult it tends to be to transfer to SDSU out of state?
